Five Guys - Reston in Reston

Five Guys used to be very affordable delicious burger joint when it opened for the first time many years ago (man.. I’m old now..). I know it all about inflation, marketing, franchised and whatever. Let me just talking about the burger itself. When we used to order Five Guys burger here, you get juicy delicious burger that put you in a happy food coma. Five Guys’s food quality is going backward. when I had their burger a couple days ago, it was super dry. I see no usual patty juice coming out of its burger. Instead, I see the cook try to compress the patty too much and too long. I can understand they do this to deliver the patty faster but this isn’t the way to go and the meat quality was not the same. Maybe I will try different Five Guys, at least Fries were great tho. That is why I gave 2 stars.

This place is at the lower end of five guys. It could use a good remodeling. Foods still good though.

If you want some juicy meat with fire Cajun look no further.

Their food is delicious but a little bit pricey. Still worth it. 🍔

Good burgers but service has taken a nose dive over the years. Especially during the night. Good chance you'll leave aggravated with your interactions with the night staff. I'd expect better service after paying $16 for fast food. I prefer to give my hard earned money to a business that shows appreciation to their customers and doesn't scream and berate you simply because they called your number more than once. Incredibly bad experience for me and the last time I'll be going there.

Everyone swears by Five Guys but I think it is slightly above average. The fries are great and hot dogs delicious. However, I feel like I have better burgers elsewhere.

Food tasted fine for five guys. The service was trash which is goofy given how much they’re charging for the food—$32 for 2 burgers with drinks and a split fry.

For the amount of people that was in the restaurant for lunch our service was really quick. Food was good.

Another solid Five Guys location. It's conveniently located in Reston's Plaza America and (ironically) placed right next door to a Gold's Gym. The same fresh, quality burgers, hotdogs and plentiful french-cut french that you would expect from the franchise. It's quite clean and the service is friendly and fast. If you like Five Guys, this location surely won't disappoint.

Burger was amazing as always the fries though were WAY too Salty. Go for the burger and if you really want fries just ask for less salt.

Door dash, Uber eats, have made the sit down experience horrible. If you walk in and think there’s a few people and orders are running quick, then you have been fooled. The sit downs have the same priority as the other order types.

I particularly like this Five Guys because the staff are so cheerful and polite. The burgers are always made just the way you order them. Of course the fries are delicious.The restaurant is always clean and neat. The bathrooms are clean. Great overall.

I have to admit that I like Five Guys. But I always wonder when they will decide to take down the quotes from past reviews, especially the one about the "best burger under five bucks". All of the burgers on the menu cost more than $5.

The employees here are very polite and efficient. This Five Guys is very clean. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger, little fries and a drink. The fries are amazing!! If you are not hungry enough to get a meal, order the fries... And don't forget to bring a few dollars and tip these hard working friendly employees!! 😁

My "best burger under 5 bucks" has no patties on it. I payed $8 for a bun with some lettuce, tomato, and mayo..

Like most Five Guys the service is amazing and the staff is super friendly. This location stands out in that they really top off your fries 😉But don't forget to tip!

Fine guys burgers are always great. Little bacon cheeseburger is bigger than most full size burgers. Little fries is more than enough

Been going to Five Guys since discovering a location in Arlington, VA in the late 90's. Been to locations all over the US since then and the quality remains great regardless of location.

Service was great. Cleanliness is very good. Burgers they have to do better getting the GREASE out of the burger ( I might of had a bad cook that day. Mouth full of grease when I took the first bite. Then a nasty film in your mouth with your soda trying to swallow. )Have not been back. Not good for my heart.

Always great for a tasty burger and delicious hot fries. Always eat in for the best experience. The fries are good at home but not like in the store.

Amazing food, low prices

I use this location for weekday lunches, though parking at Plaza America can be trying, getting there by 11:45am helps with that though. Pricing is fairly high, their hot dog is $5+ so I only visit here once a week, maybe.

Employees are all grumpy and the ac is kept at like 50 degrees, and theyll skip your order by 3 or for people and claim "they are waiting on something like fries or bacon" even though the orders with numbers higher than yours will have contained those items. This has happened on 2 separate occasions and furthermore every worker inside responds to any sort of inquiry with the utmost contempt. Its deplorable customer service. And I for one wont be going back to his location when every other five guys ive been to has been a wonderful experience.

Typical 5 guys, clean, good service and food.
